Frequently asked questions

How much does a session cost and how long does it last?

A session costs £109 and lasts 1 hour. Everything is conducted in real time to provide you with immediate feedback.

Is the Pitch Review Online / In Person? Camera On?

The Pitch Deck Review & Strategy session is conducted online via Zoom, cameras are on, and everything happens in real time.

How much does a Re-do session cost and how many can I have?

Re-do sessions cost £85 each, and you can have up to 2 of them within three months of your original pitch.

What happens after I register for a session?

You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and a short form to tell us about your startup. Your session takes place within 48 hours of booking.

Can I use visual aids for my pitch, like a slide deck or a demo?

Yes — but no deck is required. If you have slides, a demo or a prototype, share your screen. If you only have the idea, pitch it verbally; we review the story, not the design.

Will there be a Q&A at the end of the session?

Yes. After your pitch we run a live Q&A with the exact kind of 'gotcha' questions investors ask, then work through your answers together.

What if my idea or pitch isn't good?

Then you'll hear it, clearly and early, along with why and what could make it fundable. Honest feedback now saves months of pitching later.

What if my startup is in a very niche market?

Our reviewers come from different sectors and have screened hundreds of startups. A niche market is evaluated on the same fundamentals: problem, solution, market and team.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?

If you feel the session didn't deliver, email us within 48 hours and we'll review your case. You can also reschedule free with 24 hours' notice.

Do you record the sessions?

No. Sessions are not recorded by us, and your deck and materials stay confidential. You're welcome to take notes or record for your own use.
